M1B

This mallet is the softest in the series. Itôs a meaty sounding bass mallet and is best suited to the bottom 3 octaves of a 5-octave instrument. Although it is very soft, there is still an identifiable attack, giving it clarity without sacrificing fundamental. The rattan is between 8.5 and 8.75mm in diameter (approximately 11/32).

M2B

Great bass or tenor mallet with a graduated set. Sounds best in the bottom 3.5 octaves of a 5-octave instrument. Clear yet very warm. Also works well for some 2-mallet solos, especially Bach played down the octave. The rattan is between 8.5 and 8.75mm in diameter (approximately 11/32).

M3B

The most versatile stick in the series. Excellent throughout the range of a 5-octave instrument. Full-bodied sound but with plenty of clarity. The rattan is between 8.5 and 8.75mm in diameter (approximately 11/32).

M4B

This stick is very clear and articulate without sounding brittle or harsh. Sounds best in the top 4 octaves but can play through the range of a 5-octave instrument without cracking bars. Excellent for solo playing, as a hard orchestral marimba stick or as a medium vibe mallet. The rattan is between 8.5 and 8.75mm in diameter (approximately 11/32)

"Bought a very beautiful pair of Uebel Zenit clarinets from Accent. Yue Se is a clarinetist himself and extremely knowledgeable, provided many excellent recommendations. Words can’t do enough justice to how beautiful the clarinets are!"

Beebe C.

"The shop provides a large range of varieties. We spent very pleasant two hours in it and bought a Yamaha YSL-882OII that is out of stock everywhere in Singapore, a beautiful saxophone and other accessories that we needed. Great thanks to the shop owner who patiently allowed us to try so that we could take our time to make decisions. Highly recommended!"
