Developed in collaboration with leading performers and educators, the Laskey Protégé Euphonium 5E features the iconic Laskey rim and a deep cup, specifically designed to maximize the potential of your large shank Euphonium. The slightly peaked rim allows for clear articulation and comfort, while the very deep cup supports a rich tone across all registers. Every element – cup, throat and backbore – has been meticulously balanced to provide developing students with a comfortable mouthpiece that produces a colourful and resonant tone. Crafted from 360 free-machining brass, the Laskey Protégé Euphonium 5E mouthpiece is finished with a two-tone buffing process. This polish enhances the rim for comfort and flexibility while leaving the body with a beautiful satin finish. Plated through a triple-strike process of copper, silver and bright silver, the Protégé Euphonium Mouthpiece is ready to bring your imagination to life with its beautiful sound. The Laskey Protégé 5E is a large-bore euphonium mouthpiece.
