The Getzen 1047FN Eterna Novus Tenor Trombone is a modern evolution of one of Getzen’s most trusted classics. Built for today’s demanding trombonists, it combines a .547″ bore, wide responsive handslide, and interchangeable leadpipe system for exceptional flexibility and control. Handcrafted in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, the 1047FN delivers rich projection, refined character, and the professional performance players expect from the Eterna legacy.

Highlights of the 1047FN include:

  • New, single radius yellow brass tuning slide crook
  • Variegated rotor cap design with a nickel plated ring and bronze insert
  • 547” bore, wide handslide with yellow brass outer tubes and nickel silver end crook and oversleeves
  • Interchangeable leadpipe system (includes one #2 yellow brass leadpipe)
  • Getzen exclusive, newly developed Griego ES5 premium mouthpiece included
