Instructions

  1. Place Lip Protect in hot water (over 80°C) for about one minute.
  2. Use chopsticks to remove the Lip Protect, then place it on your lower teeth and use your fingers and tongue to create a tooth impression.
  3. Cool under tap water, then trim off any excess with scissors.

    *Be careful not to burn yourself immediately after removing from the hot water.
    *If you don’t get it right, you can start over. If the Lip Protect is too thick, you can thin it out while it’s still in the hot water.
