Dragonfly Percussion Jon Bisesi Signature Xylophone Mallets – Product Information

The JB signature stick is designed for solo xylophone playing with a large ensemble.  It is clearer and brighter than the regular Dragonfly solo xylo stick but still produces a warm, full-bodied sound at all dynamic levels.  The suede covering provides for a silky, elegant sound quality at softer dynamics.   1 1/8ù hard plastic core wrapped in synthetic suede.

Jonathan Bisesi has been a Percussionist with The Presidentôs Ownù United States Marine Band since 2004.  He is currently on the Percussion Faculty of George Mason University, and has performed with the Boston Symphony, Cleveland Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Kennedy Center Opera and Ballet Orchestras, Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and Cincinnati Pops Orchestra.  As an arranger and composer, his works are published through Hal Leonard and Pocket Publications.
