Altus Flutes - Professional

The Altus Limited Altus SilverÂ? Flute

This flute is the lasting result of 30 years of research and fascination with the famed Louis Lot flutes, as well as other vintage French flutes. At last the secret of these fine flutes has been defined with the production of Altus SilverÂ?. This supreme material has the ability to produce expressive effects as excellent as these highly valued older flutes. The finely crafted 1009SE offers professional and solo attributes not often found on harmony flutes. Projection and air resistance is similar to a regular C flute but with a more contralto type of dark sound. Easier to play than an Alto flute, the Altus Flute D´Amore is designed with the seamed craftsmanship unique to Altus.
